* Any gender combination of Parent/Child(U16), Adult/Junior(U16), Junior(U16)/Junior(U16). Juniors (U16) only participating in Family/Junior event do so at $0 and do not require their own registration but should be named as partner in their partners registration.

Register and pay via Tournament Software. Member ID is required for registration. You can use an existing ID if you have one or you can make one up. Using an existing ID will ensure all of your events and results are linked in Tournament Software. It is highly recommended to create a Tournament Software account without which you cannot add or modify events. Please make your payment only after adding all events.
- Club: Any text can be entered here, we recommend entering the name of the place you play/represent regularly.

- Each player in a doubles partnership must submit separate entry forms and fees.

Early Bird Discount Fees (Register by April 8th, 2026 by 11:59 PM CST)
$40 (1 event) / $55 (2 events) / $60 (3 events) / $65 (4 events)

Regular Fees (After April 8th, 2026)
$50 (1 event) / $65 (2 events) / $70 (3 events) / $75 (4 events)

**JUNIOR FEES: Juniors (U16) only participating in the Family/Juniors category do so at $0 and do not require their own registration but should be named as the partner in the parent/adult registration. Juniors (U16) participating in any other events should complete their own registration with the applicable fees above.
